Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 11th platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 11th platform. Continued use of the platform following any updated changes is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
The 11th platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in online betting and gaming activities.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 11th platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in immediate action against your account, including closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 11th will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
- Log out of your account after using a public device.
- Report any suspicious activity to the support team within 24 hours.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 11th platform, you agree to comply with all stated rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or any involved third parties.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any form of unfair game manipulation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Making false claims related to payments, winnings, or bonuses.
11th reserves the right to take any necessary action, including suspending accounts, blocking transactions, or disclosing information to the relevant authorities, should there be reasonable suspicion of illegal activity.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 11th platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers such as Maybank and CIMB, as well as approved e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet.
The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the account section and is subject to change from time to time. Successfully processed deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after confirmation by the payment provider.
For withdrawal requests, you are required to meet the specified conditions, including identity verification where applicable. 11th reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or does not comply with the platform's current policies. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as shown in your account settings.
- All bonus payouts are subject to separate rollover requirements.
- Withdrawals may take between one to three business days depending on the chosen method.
- 11th is not liable for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The 11th platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unforeseen issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 11th shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Users are solely responsible for their own betting and gaming decisions. Wins and losses are an inherent part of these activities, and 11th is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 11th platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform operator and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any platform content without explicit written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 11th is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
11th reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
